Delivery & setup
How long does delivery take?
Três a cinco dias úteis para a Alemanha, Benelux e Áustria; cinco a oito para o resto da UE. As bicicletas saem do armazém de Venlo totalmente montadas e carregadas — só precisa de alinhar o guiador, apertar dois parafusos e pedalar.
Do I have to assemble it?
No. The only tools you need are in the box, and they are for the handlebar and the pedals. Everything with a torque figure has already been done and checked.
