These are the five we get most. Every one of them is faster to do than to ask.

Where is my order?

Every shipment gets a tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse — it is in your account under Orders, and in the dispatch email.

How do I register the warranty?

You do not have to. It runs from the delivery date on the order. Registering only adds the serial number, which speeds up a claim.

I want to send something back

Fourteen days, no reason needed — but ask for a return number first. An unannounced bike at our door cannot be matched to an order.

Which spare part fits my bike?

Each product page lists the parts for that model. If you are between model years, send us the serial from under the frame.

Can I ride one first?

Yes, and there is no deposit and no appointment fee. Pick a shop and a day and the bike is charged and waiting.

    It is our registered office, not the returns desk. A bike that arrives there unannounced cannot be matched to an order and will sit in a hallway.

    Ask for a return number first — you get the right address with it, and a label.

    Test-ride bikes and dealer stock go to the warehouse — different door, we will tell you which.
