Delivery & setup

How long does delivery take?

Tři až pět pracovních dnů do Německa, Beneluxu a Rakouska; pět až osm pro zbytek EU. Kola opouštějí sklad ve Venlo plně sestavená a nabitá — vy jen narovnáte řídítka, utáhnete dva šrouby a jedete.

Do I have to assemble it?

No. The only tools you need are in the box, and they are for the handlebar and the pedals. Everything with a torque figure has already been done and checked.

Can I buy a second battery later?

Yes, and it will fit. Every pack we have sold since 2024 fits every frame we have sold since 2024.

What is actually covered?

Rám na dva roky, motor a baterie na jeden — každý lze při nákupu kola prodloužit o rok. Vše ostatní, od řídicí jednotky a vidlice až po pláště, není kryto naší zárukou; vaše dvouleté zákonné právo však ano. Zaregistrujte kolo jednou a my si pro vás uschováme účtenku.
