What we ask

  • Ride it for two weeks before you publish
    A bike is not a phone. The thing worth telling people is what it is like on day twelve, in the rain, with shopping on the back.
  • Say it was a loan
    In the video and in the description. EU rules require it, and your audience works it out anyway — the ones who say it up front are the ones people keep watching.
  • Send us the link when it goes live
    That is the whole reporting requirement. No spreadsheet, no monthly deck, no screenshots of your analytics.
  • Tell us if it breaks
    Not so we can hush it — so we can fix it, and so you have the real answer for the camera instead of a guess.

What we never ask

  • To see your edit first
    We do not review, approve, or comment on a video before it is published. Ever.
  • To remove something you said
    If the bike disappoints you, say so. We have published those on our own reviews page — pulling them would cost us more than they do.
  • A follower count
    There is no threshold to clear. We watch one thing you made and decide from that.
  • Exclusivity
    Test other brands, in the same week if you like. A comparison where we lose is still a comparison people believe.

Before you ask

The five things people write to ask first

Mostly they are asking whether there is a catch. There is not, but read them anyway.

How many followers do I need?

There is no number. We watch one thing you made. A channel with 900 subscribers who ride every weekend is worth more to us than 90,000 who watch phone unboxings.

Do you approve the video before it goes out?

No. We do not ask to see it, and we would not know what to do with it if you sent it. The bad reviews on our own site are still up.

Do I have to send the bike back?

For a loan, yes — we book the pickup and pay both ways. For parts, no. For a long-term bike, there is no return date at all.

What if I damage it?

It is insured while it is with you. Tell us what happened; a scratch is not a bill and a crash is not a lawsuit. Riding it hard is the point.

Is a loaned bike taxable?

A loan is not income. A bike you keep may be, depending on where you live — we send a statement of value with it so your accountant has a number to work from.
