Delivery & setup
How long does delivery take?
Three to five working days to Germany, Benelux and Austria; five to eight for the rest of the EU. Bikes leave the Venlo warehouse fully built and charged — you unfold the handlebar, tighten two bolts and ride.
Do I have to assemble it?
No. The only tools you need are in the box, and they are for the handlebar and the pedals. Everything with a torque figure has already been done and checked.

How far will it really go?
Our range figures are measured on a real commute with an 80 kg rider, not on a flat road in eco. The spec table on each bike says under what conditions.
Can I buy a second battery later?
Yes, and it will fit. Every pack we have sold since 2024 fits every frame we have sold since 2024.
Warranty & service
What is actually covered?
Frame, motor, battery and controller for two years. Wear parts — pads, tyres, chain, cassette, grips — are not, anywhere, on any brand. Register the bike once and we keep the receipt for you.
