Huporenx

We are the European end of these bikes.

The frames come out of a factory in Asia, and we have never pretended otherwise. Everything after that happens here: the warehouse, the assembly, the spare part in a box on Tuesday, the warranty, and the person who answers when you call.

2 stores where you can ride one 2 countries with local service 2 yr warranty, wherever you bought it

Where this started

One bike, one winter, and a return that took eleven weeks.

Somebody here bought an e-bike from a marketplace listing. It arrived with a bent disc, the seller answered in three-day intervals, and the return label had to come from another continent. The bike was fine. Everything around the bike was not.

Huporenx exists to be the part that was missing: stock in a European warehouse, a workshop that opens every box before you do, and a service desk in the same time zone as the person waiting.

What we don't do

  • We don't build motors or frames. We choose them, we test them, and we say whose they are on every product page.
  • We don't dropship. If a bike is on the site it is on a shelf here. That is also why we sometimes have nothing to sell you.
  • We don't run one inbox. Three addresses, three different people — a dealer question and a broken spoke should not queue behind each other.
